Visitation will be held on Monday, Octofrom 10:00 AM until the time of his Funeral Service at 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, with Deacon Mike Mignery officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Kyle was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James Porter and Mildred Porter and his step-sister, Mikki Ziegler. Kyle will be dearly missed by his father, Michael (Angela) Thompson his mother, Jennifer (Dean) Mason, his brother, Nick (Carly) Widener his step-brother, Morgan Mason his step-sisters, Nicole (Bob) Malone and Kimberly (Brad) Beam his grandparents, Daniel (Jean) Thompson and Priscilla (Joe) Krause his niece, Addison Widener his nephew, Austin Widener as well as many extended family members and friends that were as close as family and too numerous to name. Above all, Kyle will be remembered for being a supportive and caring friend and family member. He was working towards earning his personal trainer certification. He enjoyed living a healthy lifestyle, from attending the gym regularly and working on his house to cooking for himself and others. ![]() Kyle worked to repay the kindness in turn by supporting others in their recovery. Kyle was positively impacted by the help that he received from Greg’s Place Sober Living. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery. He was employed with Thyssenkrupp Bilstein in Hamilton. He is survived by his sister Vivian (Carl) Gilbert and many friends (too many to name), and three very close friends Paul Fontaine, Jim Cain and Frank Huelsbeck. Buddy was preceded in death by his wife Alpha 48, mother Viola, father Robert, sister Cora Benge, sister Pearl Roper, sister Georgia Jackson, sister Dorothy Booth, sister Reva, brother Emmanuel Brown, brother Clayton Brown, and brother Robert Brown. He greatly enjoyed Bible study and loved teaching a local Bible study with 2 of his 3 sons.īuddy leaves behind 4 children: oldest son Kirk (Sandy) Brown, their 3 children Braden 33, Logan (Morgan)31 and his great granddaughter Indiana who he thought “hung the moon”, and daughter Jordan: son Scott (Nancy) and Scott's sons Mason 28 and Dalton 25, son Brett 53 and his daughter Cynthia (33), daughter Lora 51(Tony) Couch and their 3 children Bryce 23, Conner 15, and daughter Sidney 13. Buddy preached for many years at various local Baptist Churches including Zion Baptist, Friendship Baptist, and Franklin Street Baptist. Buddy grew up in church and accepted Christ as his savior at a young age, and later, as a young man, accepted the call to preach the Gospel of Christ. Buddy never had an enemy and made friends everywhere he went. He adored all of his grandchildren and watched them all play their various sports for many years. ![]() Buddy was also known as an avid Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan. He followed his youngest son to Babe Ruth baseball where he continued to coach for several more years. He played many years of church softball and also coached his 3 sons on the Senator's Little league baseball team along with his friend Neil Burtis. Buddy was an avid sports enthusiast and played baseball and basketball through high school, and then 2 years of junior college basketball. After official retirement from ADS, Buddy took a job in the mail room at the First Financial Bank for whom he worked a further 10 years. He had various jobs after the Navy, including local substitute teaching, Frigidaire, Monsanto, and finally Hamilton Molded Products, now known as ADS, from which he retired. In 1962 Buddy relocated his wife and son to Hamilton, Ohio and began working for the Mosler Safe Company. He attended Sue Bennett Junior College for 2 years and enlisted in the U.S. He attended the local schools and graduated from Bush High School in 1955. 18, 2021, after a courageous 3-year battle against cancer.īuddy was born in 1935 in Pigeon Roost, KY to Viola (Brock) Brown and Robert Brown.
